WEBDESK: After a brief dip, gold price in Pakistan on Tuesday witnessed another increase as both local and international markets saw upward trends. The prices for different purities of gold have once again gone up, affecting both buyers and investors alike.

In the local market, the 24 karat gold price in Pakistan today has increased by Rs600 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs339,400 per tola. This is a significant rise after a short-term drop seen earlier in the week.

The 24 karat gold price in Pakistan today has increased by Rs514 per tola, making the new price Rs290,980 per tola. Such variations in rates often reflect regional pricing differences or dealer-specific premiums.

Not only 24 karat gold, but 22 karat gold has also seen a price hike. As of Tuesday, the 22 karat gold price in Pakistan today is now Rs266,741 per tola. This consistent increase in prices may impact local jewelry purchases, especially with wedding season around the corner.

In addition to gold, silver prices have remained relatively stable. The 24 karat silver price currently stands at Rs3,397 per tola, offering a more affordable precious metal option for those who are price-conscious.

On the international front, the price of gold per ounce has gone up by $6, reaching a new total of $3,224 per ounce. The global rise in gold prices directly affects the gold price in Pakistan today, making it crucial for traders and buyers to stay updated.

On Monday the price of gold per tola fell by Rs1,800, bringing it down to Rs338,800.
