Gold prices in Pakistan continue to witness increase as it increased by Rs500 per tola on Thursday.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, after this increase, the price of gold per tola in the country is Rs325,500.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 428, reaching the exact price of Rs279,063.
According to the association, the price of gold in the global market is $3,089 per ounce, up by $5.
It merits a mention that gold prices are witnessing an increasing trend for the last few week across local and international markets. On March 28, gold prices increased by whopping Rs2,380 while the 10 grams of gold increased by Rs2041.
Similarly, gold prices in Pakistan increased by Rs3,200 on March 27.
Furthermore, gold prices have surged to an all-time high as investors seek refuge in safe investments in gold due to increasing uncertainty of escalating tariff wars.
