The weather in Islamabad turned pleasant on Friday night after the twin cities received heavy rain with thunderstorms in different areas. The rain, which had been forecast, began around 1:30am and was continuing till around 3:15am at the time of filing this story.
The areas that received rain include Azeem Town, I-8 Markaz, Defence Housing Authority (DHA), and the F and G sectors of Islamabad, among other areas.
