Indian forces resorted to unprovoked firing on multiple Pakistani military posts along the Line of Control (LoC) late Sunday night, according to security sources.
The Pakistan Army gave a strong and effective response to the Indian ceasefire violations, the sources confirmed.
Indian troops targeted several sectors including Nikial, Khoi Ratta, Sharda, Kail, Neelum, and Hajipir with indiscriminate firing, escalating tensions along the LoC.
In return, the Pakistan Army retaliated forcefully in all affected sectors, silencing enemy positions and sending a clear message against such provocations.
The Pakistan Army remains fully prepared and resolute to respond to any aggression by the enemy, security sources said, adding that any misadventure will be met with a decisive and strong reaction.
