The Indian Army has killed five of its soldiers in a friendly fire incident near the Line of Control (LoC) in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to details, two units of Indian Army during a frenzy opened fire on each other on April 26 in Baramula. Around five Sikh soldiers were killed during the friendly fire incident.
Sources stated that the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel opened fire on the Sikh Light Infantry Regiment, killing five soldiers.
The incident led to a significant loss of morale and panic among the Indian soldiers. It merits a mention that the Indian Army killed its own soldiers amidst increased tensions between India and Pakistan.
India has accused Pakistan of its alleged role in the Pahalgam incident without providing any evidence.
Meanwhile, Pakistan has reiterated calls for independent and impartial investigation into the Pahalgam incident while highlighting that India has made it a practice to blame Pakistan for its failures.

A total of four Indian Rafales conducted patrolling within Indian geographical limits over Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan Air Force jets immediately detected the presence of these Indian warplanes, hence, Indian aircrafts were forced to flee.
Due to the swift and vigilant response of the Pakistan Air Force, the Indian Rafales became confused and retreated. Pakistan’s armed forces are fully prepared and alert to give a befitting response to any aggression from India.
In another news, Pakistan Air Force has deployed modern fighter jets armed with PL-15 missiles to Swat and Skardu to respond strongly to any potential Indian misadventure.
