WEBDESK: In a major step to assist pilgrims from around the world, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new digital guide available in 16 languages, including Urdu, English, Arabic, and Turkish.
The guide is designed to help pilgrims easily understand the steps and rules of Hajj and Umrah. It can be accessed in different formats, such as PDF and audio, through the ministry’s official website.
It offers clear instructions on how to perform key rituals like Ihram, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and Ramy al-Jamarat. It also includes helpful details about important locations in Makkah and Madinah, as well as other holy sites.
In addition to religious guidance, the digital guide gives practical advice on staying safe online, handling money and banking during the trip, and following local laws and procedures. It also includes health tips to keep pilgrims well throughout their journey.
To make things easier, Saudi authorities have also set up toll-free numbers for support. Pilgrims can call 1966 for general help, while 977 is available 24/7 for health and emergency services.
Saudi Arabia has also officially started Hajj booking for 2025, allowing residents and citizens to secure their spots through the Nusuk app and online portal. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah introduced this system to simplify the reservation process and prioritize first-time pilgrims.
Moreover, Saudi Arabia has made the Meningitis vaccine mandatory for all Hajj 2025 pilgrims before embarking on the pilgrimage.
With Hajj 2025 preparations underway, the Saudi Ministry is working to ensure a smooth experience for all pilgrims, providing them with tools, information, and services to support their spiritual journey.
