WEBDESK: Senior Pakistani actress and popular TV host Nadia Khan has recently spoken out about Hania Aamir’s ongoing efforts to grow her career in India. During her appearance on the talk show Kya Baat Hai, Nadia said that Hania Aamir is wasting her time trying to build connections across the border.

Nadia claimed that the actress is focusing too much on Indian public relations (PR) and trying to land roles in Bollywood, which might not help her in the long run. “She is working with PR teams in India to create opportunities for herself, but I personally think it’s a waste of time,” Nadia said.

She also mentioned that the energy and time Hania Aamir is spending in India could be used more effectively on projects within Pakistan. “Hania should focus on her work here instead of chasing Indian fame,” she added.

Actresses Atiqa Odho and Sadia Imam, who were also part of the panel, agreed with Nadia’s views. They noted that Hania Aamir is not the first Pakistani actress to attempt a crossover to India. They brought up actress Sajal Aly, who returned to Pakistan after doing just one Indian film.

The panel also talked about the challenges Pakistani stars face when working with the Indian entertainment industry. Nadia Khan pointed out how political tensions between the two countries often impact such collaborations. She gave the example of actor Fawad Khan’s upcoming Indian film Abir Gulal, which has already sparked protests in India.

Meanwhile, reports are circulating that Hania Aamir might appear in a cameo role in Sardar Ji 3, starring popular Indian singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa. However, neither Hania nor Diljit has confirmed this news.

Despite the controversy, Hania Aamir continues to be one of the most followed Pakistani celebrities on Instagram and also seen multiple times wearing Indian designers includin Mahima Mahajan, Arpita Mehta, Itrh and Manish Malhotra . She has a massive fan following in both Pakistan and India, thanks to her charming looks and strong acting skills.

Still, Nadia believes that Hania Aamir’s focus on Indian projects won’t bring her the success she hopes for and that her true potential lies in continuing her work at home.
