Pakistani comedian Javed Kodu has passed away in Lahore.
According to reports, he was battling an illness for a very long time.
During his lifetime, he did over 150 films and many stage perfomances.
His stage name was Kodu which was given to him by the legendary comedian Akhtar Hussain Albela.
Kodu was married and had a son, Shera Kodu who is also a comedian.
Recently, Javed appeared on a show, where he revealed about his sad childhood. As a child, he was constantly bullied by the others because of dwarfism, according to him.
He also shared that some of his co-stars insulted him on stage because of who he is.
Some years back, hes suffered brain hemorrhage and became paralysed as a result of it.
His impeccable comic timing and unique talent won Kodu fans the world over and he will forever be regarded as one of the greatest Pakistani comedian of all time.
