In the latest list of most-searched smartphones, tech fans have continued to show strong interest in certain devices. According to Express News, the Samsung Galaxy A56 has retained the top spot, while several new entries have shaken up the rankings. 

The Samsung Galaxy A56, staying at number one, features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Exynos 1580 chipset. Its camera setup includes a versatile 50MP main sensor, and it is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. 

In second place is the Infinix Note 50 Pro+, a new entrant. This phone boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display and runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset. It features a triple rear camera system with a 50MP primary lens and a 32MP front camera, while packing a 5200mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging. 

Xiaomi’s 15 Ultra, taking the third spot as another new entry, sports a 6.73-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display with an adaptive 1-120Hz refresh rate. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, it features an advanced Leica quad-camera system, including a 200MP telephoto lens. It contains a 5410mAh battery and supports 90W HyperCharge. 

Huawei’s Pura X, ranked fourth, is also new to the list. This foldable phone has a 6.3-inch LTPO2 OLED display and is driven by the Kirin 9020 chipset. It comes with a 50MP main camera and is equipped with a 4720mAh battery, supporting 66W wired and 40W wireless charging. 

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is in fifth place, featuring a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipset. Its quad-camera system includes a 200MP main sensor, offering significant zoom capabilities. The phone has a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. 

Google’s Pixel 9A, a new addition in sixth position, comes with a 6.3-inch Actua display and runs on the Google Tensor G4 chipset. It features a dual rear camera system with a 48MP main lens, and offers a battery life exceeding 30 hours with both fast and wireless charging options. 

The Xiaomi Poco F7 Ultra, taking the seventh spot, is expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It is rumoured to include a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main lens and a 5300mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. 

In eighth place is the Samsung Galaxy A36, which includes a 6.7-inch display and is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset. It comes with a 50MP main camera and a 5000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. 

The Xiaomi Poco X7 Pro is in ninth, featuring a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and powered by the Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset. It includes a 50MP main camera and is backed by a large 6000mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging. 

Rounding out the top 10 is the Realme P Ultra, a new entry featuring a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powered by the Dimensity 8350 Ultra chipset, it includes a 50MP Sony IMX896 OIS camera and packs a 6000mAh battery that supports 80W Ultra Charge. 

This week’s list has seen notable new entries, signalling the growing competition among tech brands.
