The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and the heads of the armed forces have extended their warm Eidul Fitr wishes to the people of Pakistan.

In a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), they highlighted that Eidul Fitr, which marks the end of the holy month of Ramazan, represents unity, compassion, and gratitude.

“For our soldiers, the true meaning of Eid is found in the honour of defending our beloved country, even when separated from family. Their duty is to maintain peace, foster prosperity, and uphold harmony,” the statement read.

The message also emphasised the importance of reflecting on the bravery and dedication of the nation’s defenders—the men and women in uniform who safeguard Pakistan’s freedom and sovereignty. It expressed deep gratitude for their sacrifices and the unwavering support of their families.

On this festive occasion, the Armed Forces urged the nation to come together in the spirit of love, respect, and solidarity, which are the core values that bind the people of Pakistan.
