WEBDESK: Former Pakistani actress Zarnish Khan has requested all social media platforms and news outlets to stop sharing her old pictures. She made this request on Instagram, explaining that she now observes pardah (veil) and wants to maintain her privacy.
She also mentioned that while people are free to write about her, she hopes they will respect her decision and avoid using any pictures or videos from her past.
People agreed with her and said that she is right and people should respect her decision.
Zarnish Khan-Alizeh Shah Fued
Her request comes shortly after she apologized to actress Alizeh Shah for a past comment. Zarnish Khan, in 2022 during an appearance on Voice Over Man, made a negative comment about Alizeh shah. She joked that Alizeh would win in a competition for being disrespectful. However, Alizeh refused to accept the apology, questioning why Zarnish had spoken about her in the first place.
Zarnish left the entertainment industry in 2023 after performing Umrah, choosing to follow Islamic teachings. As part of her decision, she deleted all her old pictures and videos from social media.
