Pakistani TV actor Sajid Hasan’s son, Sahir Hasan, has spoken to the media and completely denied any involvement in Mustafa Amir’s murder.
“I have nothing to do with that,” said Sahir when asked about his involvement.
Earlier, Sajid Hasan visited his son in police custody and their picture went viral on social media.
Authorities said the arrests were related to drug trafficking and possession as drugs were recovered from Sajid’s son. Police are questioning the suspect about his involvement in Mustafa Amir’s murder.
Earlier, the media said that Sajid Hasan’s son confessed to selling drugs for two years to several individuals, including Armaghan, the prime suspect in the Mustafa Amir murder case.
The major suspect, Armaghan, was implicated in Mustafa’s violent murder, and blood samples discovered at Armaghan’s home matched those of the victim’s mother, further implicating him in the crime.
According to sources, Mustafa was killed inside Armaghan’s home with a metal rod and gunfire. During the vicious assault, Mustafa’s blood was discovered on the carpet.
Armaghan and Shiraz then drove Mustafa’s body to a distant part of Balochistan and set fire to the vehicle in order to destroy evidence. The two suspects wandered for three hours before catching a cab back to Karachi.
