The prime suspect in Mustafa Amir murder case, Armaghan, on Saturday blamed “Jewish mafia” and Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad, for allegedly framing him.
The court rejected his request because Armaghan expressed resistance for recording his confessional statement before a judicial magistrate.
Earlier, it was reported that Armaghan had agreed to confess his crime but later retracted his statement.
“The accused is not in a stable condition as to record his confession,” the court stated in its order.
According to details, Armaghan initially expressed that he wanted to confess his guilt and said that he had killed Mustafa due to a previous grudge.
He later claimed that he did not kill Mustafa according to pre-planning but rather it was a sudden outburst.
When the accused was told by authorities that regardless of his confession, he would go to jail. Armaghan then alleged that he was being “framed by Jewish mafia” and Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad.
He also accused Mustafa’s mother of being part of the Jewish lobby that was working against him, saying, “Jewish mafia has been after me since long.”
After changing his statements a few times, he claimed once against that he did not kill Mustafa Amir, arguing that he left Mustafa in car and set the front of car on fire, leaving Mustafa’s fate up to God.
Armaghan’s narration did not stop here as he then claimed that Mustafa’s death at that time was written in his fate and he was not “directly” involved in his murder.
The court rejected his statement, saying that the accused was not in right mental state.
He also alleged that the political parties and the media were also the part of “Jewish mafia” that wanted to sideline him.
