LAHORE: Due to the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 10, the Punjab Education Department has announced new school timings for certain areas of Lahore to help manage traffic and ensure student safety.
According to the official notification, all public and private schools located near Gaddafi Stadium and surrounding areas will follow revised timings from April 3 to April 21, 2025. Schools in Gulberg, Model Town, Achhrha, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Shadman, Canal Road, Upper Mall, and Zahoor Elahi Road will now operate from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm during this period.
The change comes as Lahore is set to host several day-night matches of PSL 10, which will take place from April 24 to May 18, with matches starting at 7:00 pm.
Officials say the new timings are aimed at reducing traffic congestion and ensuring a smooth experience for both students and PSL fans.
Meanwhile, physical tickets for the tournament will be available at TCS express centres across the country starting April 7 at 4:00 pm. Fans who book tickets online can collect them at designated centres or opt for home delivery.
The PSL 10 will feature 34 matches over 37 days, bringing exciting cricket action to Lahore and other cities.
