Here’s how to avoid delays on Srinagar Highway today

Security arrangements have been made on Srinagar Highway in Islamabad due to the arrival and departure of foreign guests, hence, there will be some delay in traffic flow today (Wednesday).

It is requested that citizens use the following alternative routes in order to avoid the delay on Srinagar Highway:

  • If you are going to Blue Area, Sector F-6, and F-7, use the H-8 underpass.
  • For travel to Sector I and H, use the Rawalpindi Peshawar Road, IJP Road service road.
  • Use service road connected to Srinagar Highway.

Moreover, the residents of Islamabad and Rawalpindi are advised to leave their home early to reach on time.

The directions have been given by Islamabad Traffic Police.
