Social media users made their unexpected encounter a trending subject while people on platforms shared nostalgia about their film Jab We Met and romantic history.
At the IIFA Digital Awards Shahid Kapoor used the opportunity to clarify that their reunion with Kareena had been happening quite often in recent times. “For us, it’s nothing new. We meet often at events. If people liked it, that’s nice.” he added
Fandoms watched as Shahid Kapoor encountered Kareena Kapoor another time in public after their breakup occurred in 2007.
