Popular TikToker Dania Shah and her husband, Hakeem Shehzad, were involved in a serious car accident on March 4 near Lodhran which left one dead.
Multiple footages occurred on social media showing a crowd gathered around a severely damaged white car with a broken windscreen on the road.
Reportedly, Dania Shah’s car accident took place when it collided with an oncoming motorcycle. Unfortunately, the motorcyclist passed away on the spot while the injured were shifted to hospital.
According to Hakeem Shehzad, the bike rider was allegedly speeding in the wrong direction which led to his fatal collision. “I was in the passenger seat, and the car was being driven by my driver. I lost consciousness due to a head injury and haven’t fully recovered mentally,” stated Shehzad.
Shehzad maintained that his driver was behind the wheel in the car accident while many conflicting reports emerged that about the actual individual who drove the car.
The Nation reported that according to its source, it was TikToker Dania Shah who was driving the vehicle but the FIR was registered against the driver to protect her from legal consequences.
According to details, Shehzad’s two social media assistants were also in the car. Social media users cast doubt on any other reasons behind the accident including alleged intoxicated driving.
However, Hakeem Shehzad dismissed the rumours, expressing deep regret over the tragic accident. He also pledged financial assistance to the deceased’s family.
When she rose to fame in 2022, Dania was married to renowned televangelist Amir Liaquat. Liaquat passed away in June 2022, while Dania Shah remarried social media personality Hakeem Shehzad in 2024.
