In a significant development, gold price in Pakistan continued to witness a downward trend on Saturday.
Gold price in Pakistan has reduced by Rs500 per tola on March 1 after the trend remained downwards for the past few days.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the current gold price after this recent decrease now stands at Rs300,000 per tola in the country.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs438 making its exact price standing at Rs257,201.
Meanwhile, the price of gold in the global bullion market also decreased by $6 making its current price Rs$2857 per ounce.
Previously, gold prices in Pakistan have witnessed a decreasing trend due to numerous factors including fluctuation in international gold market.
On February 27, the price of gold was decreased by Rs3,300 per tola, with its price standing at Rs303,300 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold was decreased by Rs2829 with its total price at Rs259,773 in local markets. The gold price in global bullion market also saw a downward trend after the price dropped by $29 making its total price stand at $2,887 per ounce.
