WEBDESK (Azaad English): Famous Pakistani actress Ushna Shah in her show revealed how how a cosmetic procedure went wrong and left her with serious side effects.
She revealed a terrifying incident where her cosmetic treatment went wrong with severe adverse reactions. She once got fillers under her eyes, but a mistake during the procedure caused severe damage to her face.
Ushna in a conversation with actress Sarah Asghar told about her fight with sleep-related darkcircles under her eyes. The doctor suggested that fillers would be beneficial so Ushna went for the first treatment which gave good results.
She decided to get another filler treatment after their initial dissolution but she chose to receive them from a non-medical beautician based at a salon instead.Although her eyes grew intensely swollen right after the second treatment she received her entire facial structure lost its shape.
“The salon staff assured me they could do fillers, but they mixed something else into the injections. Right after the procedure, my eyes swelled up badly, and I faced serious complications.” she said.
Unfortunately, the botched procedure left her with even darker scars under her eyes and on her cheeks. Ushna said this traumatic experience has made her fearful of cosmetic treatments, and she has now decided never to get fillers again. She performed face massages to decrease swelling until medical experts removed the fillers from her body.
The actress also mentioned that she had never spoken publicly about her cosmetic procedures before. However, she felt it was important to share her story to warn others about the risks of getting treatments from unqualified individuals.
