Amazon Prime Video and Sony Pictures Television reportedly discussed the show’s future for over a month before deciding to end the series. They will still support the show’s Emmy campaign, hoping to bring recognition to the talented cast and crew behind The Wheel of Time.
Although the TV show is ending, fans of The Wheel of Time will have something to look forward to. A new open-world role-playing game (RPG) based on the series is in development and is expected to bring the magical world to life in a new way.
