Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Tuesday visited Jinnah University for Women Karachi where he highlighted the role of students during “Operation Bunyanum Marsoos”.

Students threw a warm welcome to the top commander upon his arrival at the university.

DG ISPR then informed the young minds regarding Pakistan’s strategy against India and the sacrifices borne by the Pak Army during the recent operation against India.

“In Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, the Pakistani people, especially the students, played a key role and destroyed the Indian strategic assumptions forever,” stated the DG ISPR, Gen Ahmed.

He emphasised that Kashmir, without any iota of doubt, is the jugular vein of Pakistan.

“The people of Balochistan are tied to Pakistan in the bonds of religion, culture, and traditions. A handful of terrorists of Fitna-ul-Hindustan cannot damage the ties with Balochistan.”

The military’s media wing chief interacted with students, assuring the young minds that the armed forces of Pakistan will always defend the country.

The female students said we are from the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Army is from the people. They said the bond between the people and the army has always been, is, and will always remain very strong.

The students also showed great enthusiasm and expressed their desire to organize more such sessions.
