Fans around the world are excited in anticipation of upcoming Samsung 25 Edge, rumoured to be the Galaxy’s slimmest phone in years.
Samsung released the S25 series this year, with three variants – S25 Ultra, S25 Plus, and S25. The S25 Ultra is the flagship device of Galaxy S series while the S25 is the most basic variant.
However, tech rumours had predicted that Samsung would launch the S25 Edge – for those users who like the size of S25 but the features of S25 Ultra.
Expected Specifications of Samsung S25 Edge
As mentioned above, the Samsung S25 Edge is expected to have impressive stats in order to excel in the already tough competition of the Samsing S series.
For its processor, the Samsung S25 Edge is expected to have Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and depending on the region, some variants might have the Exynos 2500 instead of Snapdragon.
The upcoming ultra smart flagship device is expected to have 12GB and 16GB RAM, with storage options of 256GB/512GB/1TB.
It should be highlighted that the Samsung already boasted about the AI capabilities of the new S25 series; hence, the S25 Edge is expected to have advanced AI features.
The S25 Edge will reportedly not shy away from its impressive camera capabilities as the primary rear camera is expected to feature 200MP, a 50 MP telephoto camera, 12MP Ultra-wide camera and 12MP front camera with 4K 60fps recording.
Needless to say, the upcoming Samsung S25 Edge does not disappoint in the camera department; however, it shies away in the battery section as it is expected to have only 3900mAh battery.
But that was to be expected since it will allegedly be the smartest, sleekest and lightest phone of the galaxy series in a while.
According to details, it will be available in three colours – Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack.
Additionally, it will boast a 6.6 inches OLED display with 395 ppi density and 120Hz refresh rate.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Expected Release:
According to recent reports, it has been claimed that the Samsung intends to release the upcoming Samsung S25 Edge in only two regions – Korea and China.
Previously, it was expected that the Samsung S25 Edge would be released in March 2025 but many insiders reported that Samsung has delayed its release by a few weeks. Now it is expected that the flagship model will be released in May 2025.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Expected Price:
While the company has not released any details about the expected pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, experts have predicted that its price will fall in between S25 and S25 Ultra. Meanwhile the exact price will be introduced by the Samsung but users will also have to pay according to the variant they end up choosing.
