WEBDESK: Peshawar’s Sahibzada Farhan delivered a stunning performance in the National T20 Cup, scoring an unbeaten 162 runs off just 72 balls. His explosive innings helped Peshawar secure a dominant victory over Quetta and set a new tournament record for the highest individual score.

Sahibzada Farhan’s remarkable knock surpassed Kamran Akmal’s previous record of 150 runs, set in 2017. His innings included 14 fours and 11 sixes, propelling Peshawar to an impressive total of 239 runs in 20 overs. Sahibzada Farhan’s record-breaking innings is now tied for the third-highest individual score in T20 cricket history, alongside Hamilton Masakadza and Hazratullah Zazai. The highest-ever individual T20 score remains Chris Gayle’s 175 runs for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL.
