Quetta Ex-commissioner’s daughter punches crew member during flight

Former Commissioner Quetta, Iftikhar Jogezai, and his daughter reportedly misbehaved and assaulted a female flight attendant who had just asked them to fasten their seat belts and close their meal tray. The ex-commissioner’s daughter even physically attacked her.

The duo got furious when the flight attendant made the request. The airplane was going to Islamabad from Quetta, Balochistan.

The incident took place on March 18th.

After the verbal abuse, the pilot contacted air traffic control and brought the aircraft back to the runway. Airport Security Force (ASF) was called in, and the two passengers were asked to disembark. But the duo refused to leave which caused immense disturbance.

The ex-commissioner’s daughter used abusive language towards the crew member on her flight from Quetta. She also punched her which caused injuries on her face. Her nose started bleeding and she lost a tooth. She was immediately sent to hospital.

Former Commissioner Quetta arrested

Later, the Airport Security Force (ASF) detained both individuals. However, they were released after submitting a written apology.

According to reports, the airline was pressurised by Balochistan administration to release them and resolve the matter. Hence,, no legal action was taken against them.

At the time of the incident, the commissioner’s daughter was allegedly under the influence of drugs.
