As Pakistan Super League (PSL) X series match between Karachi Kings (H) vs Multan Sultans is set to take place in Karachi National Stadium today, authorities have released a detailed security and traffic plan.
According to details, more than 6700 security personnel will be deployed for complete security within the city. It has been announced that CNG cylinder-fitted vehicles and drone cameras have been strictly banned within the vicinity of the stadium.
Furthermore, only authorised vehicles will be allowed to pass the stadium through Gate Number 8.
Traffic routes in Karachi for PSL 10
Karachi police has revealed that the roads around the National Stadium will remain open for traffic in order to ensure smooth flow. Meanwhile, people will have the ability to park their cars in China Ground and National Coaching Centre.
Those who have the PSL 2025 tickets will be able to get inside the stadium through gates 4, 5, 12, 13, and 14.
Spectators will need to keep their original CNICs and original hard copies of PSL match tickets with them at all times. It must be highlighted that online tickets for the match will not be accepted; hence, it is better to keep the hard copies.
Furthermore, outside food and drinks are not allowed as spectators can only buy the food available from inside the stadium.
The gates will open for all fans three hours before the match (4:00PM). The PSL 2025 series will consist of 34 matches taking place between April 11 to April 18.
Karachi is set to host 5 of those matches, according to the official PSL 10 schedule released by the PCB.
