WEBDESK: Australian cricket star Peter Siddle has announced his retirement from first-class cricket, bringing an end to an extraordinary 20-year career. The 40-year-old fast bowler played his final match for Victoria in the Sheffield Shield, securing a dramatic victory against Western Australia at the WACA cricket ground. His last act on the field was taking the match-winning wicket, sealing a 34-run win for his team.
