A two member bench led by Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard arguments on 4 August and reserved its decision.
The written order, issued later, maintained the auction process and rejected Bahria Town’s pleas.

The bench sided with the regulator, finding the auction within mandate.
With the injunctions lifted, the sale timetable remains intact.
Proceeds will be deposited against liabilities identified in the broader recovery effort.
