Pakistan cricket team captain, Muhammad Rizwan accidentally broke Naseem Shah’s phone during a practice match ahead of the One-Day International (ODI) series against New Zealand.
In a video, Rizwan hit a six, and the ball went towards the dressing room, striking Naseem’s phone, which was placed on a chair.
Naseem checked his phone, and unfortunately, it seemed damaged.

Pakistan matches against New Zealand under captain Muhammad Rizwan
Pakistan will play a T20 match against New Zealand today (Sunday) at 11:15am PKT. The ODI match will be played on March 29 under the captaincy of Muhammad Rizwan. Pakistan will be without their experienced openers, Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayub, both sidelined due to injuries.
The ODI squad sees the return of Abdullah Shafique and Mohammad Wasim Jr., while Akif Javed is set to make his international debut.
After back-to-back defeats in the first two games, Pakistan bounced back with a dominant performance in the third T20I.
Hassan Nawaz stole the show with a blistering century, surpassing Babar Azam’s record for the fastest T20I hundred by a Pakistani batsman. Babar had previously achieved the feat in 49 balls against South Africa in 2021.
