Miss World England, Mila Maggie, has left the Miss World 2025 just days before the final, which was scheduled to be held in Hyderabad, India, claiming that contestants were treated as ‘entertainment’ for male visitors.
She also alleged that contestants were treated as ‘monkeys’ and she felt like a prostitute.
Less than a week before the Miss World 2025 finale, being held in the southern India city of Hyderabad, Miss England Milla Magee quit the competition claiming the participants were made to “sit like performing monkeys”.
Miss World England Mila Magee condemned the Miss World 2025 beauty pageant, where she claimed contestants were asked to entertain male guests, thus objectifying her. She termed being seated at dining tables to “thank” investors as inappropriate and claimed efforts to talk about her work for charity were disregarded. Magee said the experience was “unbelievable” and comparable to being treated like a “prostitute.”. She denounced the Miss World organization as old-fashioned and out of touch with the values that it purports to espouse.
