According to sources, the attack occurred around 3:00 PM, and within just five minutes, fingers were already being pointed at Pakistan. The speed of these allegations has cast doubt on the credibility of the accusations.
Reports indicate that several social media accounts believed to be linked to India’s intelligence agency, RAW, swiftly blamed Pakistan, even before any official investigation could begin. In less than half an hour, the hashtag #PakSponsoredTerror began trending on Indian Twitter, seemingly driven by numerous accounts associated with the BJP-led government.
India Accuses Pakistan Within Minutes of the Attack:
The attack reportedly took place around 3:00 PM, yet within just five minutes, Indian sources began attributing responsibility to Pakistan prompting doubts about the credibility of these accusations.
Indian social media was soon flooded with allegations, many originating from accounts suspected to be connected to the intelligence agency RAW. Even before any formal investigation had begun, a narrative implicating Pakistan was already being aggressively promoted.
India’s Aggressive Measures Against Pakistan:
Following the immediate accusations, the Indian Secretary of Water Resources formally notified his Pakistani counterpart via an official letter. The letter declared that India is suspending the Indus Waters Treaty, with the decision to take effect immediately.
In a further escalation, the Indian government also blocked the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Government of Pakistan, making it inaccessible to users within India. Now India blocks X account of Azaad Digital along with 16 YouTube channels operated by Pakistani journalists were banned from being viewed in India.
The crackdown wasn’t limited to the news and political spheres. In the entertainment industry, India extended its measures by banning Pakistani actors, including popular names such as Hania Aamir and Iqra Aziz, from working in Indian media.
Pakistan Retaliation against India baseless accusations:
Pakistan demanded for a neutral investigation on this. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has stated that Pakistan is open to a neutral and transparent investigation into the recent Pahalgam attack, which claimed the lives of 26 people in Indian-administered Kashmir.
The Leaked documents have exposed India’s intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), as the orchestrator of the recent Pahalgam false flag operation. According to reliable security sources, classified materials circulating on the messaging platform Telegram suggest direct involvement by the Indian government in staging a terror attack for political purposes.
The United Nations has called for maximum restraint from both India and Pakistan after the deadly Pahalgam attack that shook Indian-administered Kashmir.
