After the mysterious death of actress and model Humaira Asghar, police have expanded the scope of the investigation by including her producer, gym trainer, and designer in the inquiry.
The police have recorded statements from several individuals associated with the actress as part of the legal process.
According to police officials, they had a telephonic conversation with Humaira’s gym trainer, who provided information related to her fitness routine.
The trainer stated that the actress was not taking any kind of medication.
Police further revealed that a packet of medicines was found at Humaira’s apartment, but it only contained over-the-counter drugs for headaches, fever, and general use.

Officials also shared that they had spoken on the phone with the producer whom Humaira had contacted in her final days, asking for work.
As part of the legal procedure, the actress’s designer has also been summoned to provide information regarding her professional relationship with Humaira Asghar.
The gym trainer and the dermatologist (skin specialist) have also been asked to appear at the police station to record their statements.
So far, the police have recorded statements from five individuals in connection with the Humaira Asghar case.
According to reports, she may have died as far back as September 2024 with no one noticing.
She was known for her roles in Jalaibee, Laali, and reality show Tamasha Ghar, was found when police and a court bailiff broke into her flat in DHA Phase VI to carry out an eviction order. The flat was locked from inside, and no one had heard from her in months.
Humaira Asghar was laid to rest at Q Block graveyard in Model Town where her funeral prayers were held on Friday.
The funeral prayers were attended by the area people and her family members and no prominent faces from visual or performing arts could be seen there.
