WEBDESK: Karachi Kings’ fast bowler Hasan Ali made history on Friday by becoming the all-time leading wicket-taker in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The 30-year-old pacer reached this big milestone during the match against Quetta Gladiators at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi on 18th April.
In that game, Hasan Ali took three important wickets, helping his team stay ahead. One of those wickets was Hassan Nawaz, who was out for just one run. With this dismissal, Hasan Ali achieved his 114th wicket in the PSL, moving ahead of former record-holder Wahab Riaz, who had 113 wickets.
The vice-captain of Karachi Kings achieved the feat in his 84th innings, three innings fewer than Wahab Riaz.

His strong bowling has played a big part in Karachi Kings’ success so far. They have won two out of their first three matches and currently sit in third place on the points table with four points.
