WEBDESK: Rockstar Games has announced that GTA V will be added to Xbox and PC Game Pass later this month. This marks the first time the popular open-world game will be available on PC Game Pass, giving more players access to the iconic title.

Previously, GTA V has been featured on Xbox Game Pass multiple times, but this is the first time PC users will get to experience the game through the subscription service. In addition, Rockstar has confirmed that GTA V will also be available on xCloud, allowing players to stream it directly on their devices without needing to install it.

Since its release in 2013, GTA V has become one of the most successful games of all time, selling over 210 million copies worldwide as of December 2024. Its online component, GTA Online, continues to attract millions of players, contributing to its lasting popularity.

While an exact release date for the game on Game Pass has not been revealed, the announcement suggests that it will arrive soon. Fans eager to revisit Los Santos or experience the game for the first time can look forward to more updates from Rockstar Games and Microsoft in the coming days.

With the upcoming GTA VI set for release in 2025, the arrival of the game on Game Pass ensures that new and returning players have a chance to dive into one of gaming’s most celebrated titles before the next chapter begins.
