WEBDESK (Azaad English): Bollywood actor Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja, have been married for 37 years, but recent rumours suggest that they may be heading for a divorce.
According to the Reports by PinkVilla the couple has been living separately for some time, leading to speculation about their relationship status.
One major claim fueling these rumors is Govinda’s alleged closeness with a 30-year-old Marathi actress. However, no names have been confirmed, and there is no solid evidence to support these claims.
Govinda’s secretary, Shashi Sinha, has dismissed the rumors, stating that they have been exaggerated. He suggested that Sunita’s past statements might have been taken out of context, leading to unnecessary gossip.
Sunita Ahuja also addressed the rumours in an interview, explaining that she and Govinda live in separate houses due to work commitments. She sais that her bungalow is located opposite his flat and that their different schedules sometimes keep them apart. However, she emphasized that they still share a strong bond and interact frequently.
In a podcast in January, Sunita also said, “I was secure in my marriage, but not anymore.”
