WEBDESK: According to aviation sources all flights to Gilgit and Skardu faced cancellation on Wednesday because of security matters. The quick cancellations of flights cause disruptions in both Gilgit and Skardu and the northern regions of Pakistan.
Aviation and security officials have not shared any specific reasons behind the cancellations. However, the decision comes at a time when regional tensions are rising and military alertness has increased, between Pakistan and Indid after Pahalgam attack.
