Field Marshal Asim Munir meets participants of National Workshop Balochistan

Webdesk: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir met with the participants of the National Workshop Balochistan (NWB), where he highlighted the importance of national unity and the development of Balochistan, as per a statement released by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir stated that the progress of the province is essential for the overall growth and stability of the country.

Field Marshal Asim Munir also reaffirmed that the Pakistan Army is fully committed to eliminating terrorism.

He strongly condemned India for backing terrorist organisations and said that elements like “Fitna al-Khawarij” and “Fitna al-Hindustan” are failed Indian proxy efforts.

He added that after losing the “Marka-e-Haq” also known as the battle of truth, India has intensified its proxy warfare against Pakistan.

Field Marshal Asim Munir made it clear that terrorists do not represent any religion, ethnicity, or sect. He said national unity is crucial in the fight against terrorism and called for a united front at the national level.

He also emphasised the importance of development projects in Balochistan, calling them a guarantee of national progress. Field Marshal Asim Munir also underlined the need for institutional harmony and a coordinated national strategy to tackle internal and external challenges.

While addressing the session, he stated that Pakistan is committed to regional peace but is fully prepared to respond to any threat.

The session concluded with a detailed question-and-answer segment, where Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir responded to the participants’ questions at length.

Previously, the Director General of ISPR held a special session with youth and representatives of various religions in Lahore.

Director General of the Pakistan Army’s Public Relations Wing (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, has said that Pakistan is a peaceful and progressive country, and the enemy will always fail due to our national unity.

During the session, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif described the success of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos as a collective victory of the entire nation.

He emphasised that the people of Pakistan, without any religious discrimination, stand united like a solid wall against every challenge and enemy, and ultimately prevail.
