WEBDESK: Actress Hareem Farooq recently shared her thoughts on marriage during her appearance on Nida Yasir’s show. With humor and honesty, she opened up about the constant questions she faces regarding her wedding plans.
Hareem Farooq joked that despite working with actors Fahad Mustafa and Usman Mukhtar—who many believe bring marriage luck—she is still single. “Everywhere I go, people ask me about marriage. There’s talk of it on Fahad’s show, and now the same topic on Nida Yasir’s programme,” she laughed.
Nida Yasir explained that marriage discussions naturally come up on their shows, as their TV channel is like a family. In response, Hareem humorously added, “People say if you go on Fahad’s show or work with Usman Mukhtar, you get married—but that formula isn’t working for me!”

On a serious note, she mentioned that her parents also bring up the topic at least once a year but have yet to find the right match. She revealed that whenever a proposal arrives, her parents react protectively, wanting to be the ones to arrange her marriage.
Despite all the speculation, Hareem remains optimistic. “Considering how often I’m being asked about it, I feel like I might get married soon!” she joked. For now, she continues to focus on her career while keeping an open mind about love and marriage.
