Director General of Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry and Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Sarfraz Bugti are currently holding a joint press conference in Islamabad on the recent Jaffar Express attack.

DG ISPR while exposing the Indian media propaganda regarding the attack said that, the India news channels were showing old videos. He added that Indian media was leading a misinformation warfare.

He added that videos were created using artificial intelligence on social media, while Indian media used these videos to run propaganda and presented the events through Artificial Intelligence (AI) manipulation.

DG ISPR stated that the Jaffer Express attack is a continuation of India’s policy of sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan, adding that it was planned and executed from the same sources that have been fueling such actions.

He added that lives are being sacrificed in the fight against terrorism, while terrorists are being given complete space in Afghanistan. Three FC personnel were martyred, and a successful operation was conducted in a difficult area within 36 hours. He further said that the entire nation must fight against terrorism.

HE further revealed that over 59,000 operations were conducted by law enforcement agencies in 2024, while more than 11,000 operations have been carried out so far in 2025.
