WEBDESK: A U.S. court has denied Blake Lively’s request to access Justin Baldoni’s phone records in their ongoing legal battle.

The Hollywood actress claimed that the records contained evidence that Baldoni and others had been working together to damage her reputation.

However, Judge Lewis Liman ruled against the request, stating it was overly intrusive. He emphasized that phone records often contain private and sensitive information, making their broad disclosure inappropriate.

The legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni began when Lively filed a lawsuit accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment following their movie, It Ends With Us, premiere. In response, Baldoni countersued for defamation, leading to a heated legal confrontation.

The court’s decision does not entirely block Lively from gathering evidence but requires her legal team to seek more specific information through other legal means. Baldoni’s attorney praised the ruling, calling it a win for privacy rights.

Both sides have chosen not to settle the case through mediation, meaning the trial will proceed. It is currently scheduled for March 2026, where both Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni will present their arguments in court.

As the legal battle unfolds, fans and industry insiders continue to follow the case closely. With serious allegations on both sides, the upcoming trial is expected to draw significant attention.
