WEBDESK: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman and former Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has firmly rejected allegations linking Pakistan to the recent Pahalgam attack in Indian-administered Kashmir on Tuesday.
Addressing the National Assembly while speaking on a motion regarding India’s provocative actions following Pahalgam incident, Bilawal Bhutto said, “Pakistan has never been involved in any act of terrorism. We have consistently condemned terrorism in all forms.”

He criticized India’s actions in occupied Kashmir, asserting that atrocities against Kashmiris have reached alarming levels. Bilawal further accused India of using terrorism as an instrument of its foreign policy and highlighted Pakistan’s efforts in exposing India’s involvement in destabilizing activities within Pakistan.
Regarding the Indus Waters Treaty, Bilawal Bhutto termed India’s suspension of the agreement as a “crime against humanity.”
He expressed support for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s challenge to India to allow an independent investigation into the Pahalgam incident, underscoring Pakistan’s position of transparency.
Bilawal also warned against interpreting Pakistan’s restraint as weakness.
“Our skies are guarded, our borders are sealed by our valour, and our nation stands united to respond to any aggression,” he declared, emphasizing the country’s readiness to defend its sovereignty.
