Babar’s brothers also played alongside cricketers Imam-ul-Haq and Usman Qadir.
After the Champions Trophy exit, Pakistan will go to New Zealand for T20 and ODI matches next month.
Babar Azam will not go to New Zealand
The development has come after some reports suggest that players including captain Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, and Naseem Shah are likely to be dropped from the squad for the team’s tour of New Zealand.
It is also reported that the squad that will visit New Zealand will include five to six younger talents. However, the decision is yet to be made.
Changes in cricket team
Surprisingly, Shadab Khan is reportedly being considered to take over the captaincy role.
The current head coach of the cricket team is also being changed as Saqlain Mushtaq is set to assume the role soon.
