QUETTA: A blast occurred near a police mobile on Quetta’s Double Road, leaving two people dead and 17 others injured, including two policemen.
According to initial reports, the blast severely impacted the police mobile, engulfing a nearby car and motorcycle in flames. Several nearby shops also suffered damage due to the blast’s intensity.
Rescue teams have been called to the scene, and the injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital for medical treatment.
According to the police revealed that the bomb was planted on a motorcycle, which was near the police vehicle.
Following the incident, police have cordoned off the area, and an investigation is underway to determine those responsible for the attack.
