Pakistan’s Tekken player Arslan Ash has won his sixth Evolution Championship Series (EVO) title. He won the Tekken 8 championship at EVO 2025 in Las Vegas on Monday.
Arslan represented Twisted Minds. He defeated fellow Pakistani player Atif Butt in the Grand Final.
The Grand Final was between two Pakistani players. Arslan came through the upper bracket. Atif reached the final through the lower bracket.
Atif won the first set. Arslan then won the reset 3-1.
Arslan received $12,000 in prize money. He also earned 800 global tour points.
Japan’s Chikurin finished in third place. He received $4,500. South Korea’s Mulgold came fourth. He earned $3,000.
Other players in the top eight included South Korea’s LowHigh, Meo-IL, and JDCR. Japan’s NOBI also placed in the top eight.
The results show a change in Tekken’s global competition. Pakistani players finished first and second.
Arslan Ash has once again triumphed in the global Tekken 8 championship at EVO 2025, creating a legacy that only few could achieve.
