TEKKEN 8 Season 2 was unveiled at Evo 2025 with a fresh trailer, confirming Armor King’s return on 16 October.
Early access begins on 13 October for Season 2 Pass holders. Bandai Namco also introduced Miary Zo, a new fighter from Madagascar, arriving in winter 2025 with a stage inspired by her homeland.
TEKKEN 8 Season 2: dates, new fighters, and tour finals
Armor King brings his hard hits and a new look. The trailer shows explosive grapples and a sharper rushdown game. He lands first in the Season 2 line-up, giving players time to learn matchups before the next drop.
Miary Zo closes the Season 2 character slate. She launches in winter 2025. Her reveal hints at acrobatic movement and a toolkit built around clean spacing. The update ships with a Madagascar stage that showcases bright stonework and coastal scenery.
Bandai Namco also locked in the competitive calendar. The TEKKEN World Tour 2025 Finals will take place in Malmö, Sweden, from 29 January to 1 February 2026. Regional points and last chance brackets will feed into the finals weekend.
TEKKEN 8 is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. With TEKKEN 8 Season 2 rolling out from October, players can expect balance changes, new cosmetics, and stage updates alongside the character launches. It is a busy close to the year and a fast start to the next tour cycle.
