This comprises exceptional university graduates from domestic and foreign universities, educational professionals, and high-achieving high school graduates.

On February 28, which is Emirati Education Day, Maj-Gen Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, the director general of the ICP, made the announcement. “The UAE is among the leading countries in the field of education,” he said.
He continued by emphasising ICP’s “commitment to supporting the directives of the wise leadership and the relevant authorities in the country in the field of education.” “The Emirati educational strategy aims to build aware and educated national cadres capable of acquiring the latest skills and knowledge,” he said.
Al Khaili added that one of the Authority’s creative tools and initiatives to promote the UAE’s educational policy and national economy is the Golden Residency program, which is granted to exceptional individuals in the education sector and authorised international universities.
