WEBDESK: The Director General DG ISPR, Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, held a special interactive session with students at Government College University (GCU) Lahore. The session focused on recent national security matters, particularly Pakistan’s victory in Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos and the defeat of India’s Operation Sindoor.
During his address, the DG ISPR highlighted the strategic and moral success of Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos. He said this mission, also known as Maraka-e-Haq, showed the strength of Pakistan’s armed forces and the unwavering support of the nation.
He especially praised the role of Pakistani youth during the operation. “Our future lies in the hands of these talented and courageous young people,” he said. “They have the spirit and ability to defeat any hostile design.”
Students engaged openly during the session, asking questions on social, national, and security matters. DG ISPR responded with clarity and sincerity. He appreciated the students’ awareness and interest in national defence.
He noted that the strong sense of unity and patriotism among Pakistan’s youth is a key pillar of national strength.
The students of GC University made a special patriotic song at the end of the session as a tribute to the Pakistan Army. The productions were a touching moment of togetherness, patriotism, and admiration of the military.
The students thanked DG ISPR on the visit and described the session as a motivating and learning experience. They also hoped that the engagements should be followed in the future.
