Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said Pakistan alone fought the war against India despite support from Turkey and China.
In an interview, he recalled that only Israel was supporting India during the war; however, Pakistan had the support of many countries.
He called this a “diplomatic failure” on the part of India.
According to the minister, Pakistan did purchase some weapons from Turkey and China, but that does not mean that the countries were not involved in the war.
“India is naming China and other countries as its friends. During the war, we had diplomatic support from China. If India tries something like this again, the same will happen, and they will again claim that others helped us”, the minister warned Modi.
He added, “Modi was looking here and there but could only see his twin brother, Netanyahu. A flood of lies swept through India, like a Bollywood movie shoot.”
India’s false claims about Turkey and China
Earlier, Indian Army Deputy Chief Lieutenant General Rahul Singh, while speaking at a defence event in New Delhi, alleged that during the India-Pakistan war, India faced not just Pakistan but also Turkey and China, claiming that China was providing Pakistan with live intelligence about Indian military installations.
It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan successfully defeated India in May by launching Operation Bunyan-am-Marsoos, a country many times larger in size and strength. The analysts said that Indian military leadership calling out other countries is another pathetic attempt of hiding its failure against Pakistan.
