In yet another attempt at spreading fake news, Indian-based account has made another false claim that Chinese military officers were allegedly present in Pakistan during the war between Pakistan and India in May.

India’s Deputy Chief of Army Staff Rahul R Singh while addressing a press conference in India on July 4 claimed, “India had actually 3 or 4 adversaries. China, Turkiye and Pakistan. Pakistan was a front face and China was providing all possible support, and it’s no surprise because if you were to look at statistics, in the last five years, 81 per cent of the military hardware that Pakistan is getting is all Chinese.”

In an address at industry chamber FICCI, the senior official said China also used the India-Pakistan conflict like a “live lab” available to test various weapon systems.

He also referred to Chinese military philosophy of “36 strategems” and killing the adversary with a “borrowed knife” while discussing Pakistan’s close ties with its ally China.

Senior defence analysts while talking to Azaad English revealed that the latest statement from India’s deputy Army Chief comes as another admission of Indian military’s failures during the debacle called Operation Sindoor.

Senior analysts also remarked that admitting Pakistan had “live inputs and real-time on ground situation during the conflict” proves that Pakistan had surprised India.

Pakistan successfully defeated India in May by launching Operation Bunyanum Marsoos, a country many times larger in size and strength. The analysts said that Indian military leadership calling out other countries like Turkey and China is another pathetic attempt of hiding its failure against Pakistan.

Indian-RAW affiliated social media account, while posting the clip of General Rahul R Singh’s speech, claimed, “I am told Chinese generals were present in Pakistan’s Command & Control bunker during Operation Sindoor. Possibly the same C2 complex which got hit by Indian strikes.”

It merits a mention that the Indian deputy army chief claimed neither of these things, in fact, he admitted during the conference that “some of India’s indigenous air defence systems did not work well while some did.”

The general also claimed that Pakistan had prior knowledge of our movements and strategic preparations.

“During DGMO-level talks, Pakistan hinted that it was aware our critical defense system was active. It appears that Pakistan was receiving information about India directly through China.”
