In a significant development, an international journalist CJ Werleman while reporting that Israel may be planning to attack Pakistan in the near future warned that Israel “would be sorely mistaken in doing so.”

According to Werleman, Pakistan may face more geopolitical hostility from Israel after Israel had attacked Iran to target its nuclear facilities, top military leadership and nuclear scientists.

The international journalist claimed that Israeli leadership had always considered nuclear-armed Pakistan as a threat.

He claimed this by referring to an old interview of Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu in which he stated, “The greatest mission is that we have to prevent a militant Islamic regime from meeting up with nuclear weapons or from nuclear weapons meeting up with a militant Islamic regime. The first is called Iran. The second is called Pakistan.”

Furthermore, the journalist exposed a pattern of international legacy media painting an “extremist” or “terrorist” image of Pakistan for the last few decades.

CJ Werleman further revealed how Israel had a history of carrying out pre-emptive strikes at multiple Islamic countries with nuclear ambitions including Iraq in the 1981 and Syria in 2007, with the most recent being Iran in 2025.

According to his documentary, Israel planned to attack Pakistan’s nuclear research program in Kahuta in 1981 in collusion with India but the plans were thwarted when General Zia-ul-Haq issued a stern warning to Israel and India.

He also claimed that the international legacy media continues to deliberately paint Pakistan as a “threat” or “unstable” state to make the ground for Israeli attack on Pakistan.

However, he warned that Israel “would be sorely mistaken as Pakistan is neither Gaza nor is it Lebanon or Iran. Pakistan is a bonafide nuke-armed nation with 170-200 nuclear warheads in its arsenal which is twice the number [of warheads] Israel possess.”

“More than that, Pakistan’s military is ranked the 13th most powerful army in the world, sitting two spots above Israel. By almost every metric, Pakistan holds a significant advantage – from manpower to airpower, from land power to naval power.”
