WEBDESK: Baseless claims are being widely circulated by sections of the Indian media and social media accounts, alleging that Pakistan has been asked to provide military bases in the ongoing Israel-Iran war and that its airspace is being used for intelligence-gathering operations. These rumours, completely without foundation, are part of a malicious propaganda campaign aimed at defaming Pakistan’s image in the region and beyond.

The false reports, aggressively pushed by Indian outlets and their online proxies, have been categorically rejected by official sources in Pakistan. Authorities have labelled these claims as absurd, laughable, and entirely disconnected from reality.

This is yet another deliberate attempt by India to divert attention from its internal issues and diplomatic failures. According to experts, it has become a routine tactic for certain elements within the Indian media to spread misinformation against Pakistan whenever tensions rise in the Middle East or South Asia.
